Rich DeLoney
Olympus Law Group, PLLC
Rich “fell into” the collection business in the early 1990’s when he moved back to Utah and was offered a position in a firm who represented Cherckrite Recovery Services, who, at the time, was one of the biggest check recovery companies in America. Soon thereafter, Rich co-founded The Law Office of Bennett & DeLoney, P.C. (B&D). B&D went on to become one of the largest and most recognizable collection law firms in the west.
From his experience at B&D Rich learned that bigger is not necessarily better.
Rich obtained his undergraduate degree in Business at the University of Utah and earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degrees from Brigham Young University.
Rich was fortunate to marry “over his head” and consequently has four wonderful children. Out of the office Rich enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hiking, reading and has yet to totally give up on learning to play golf respectably.
